Awards are sent to institutions on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to present them at an awards ceremony or reception (the Certificate of Undergraduate Excellence may be used to complement other internal awards). If you are requesting a physical book prize, please request your prize at least four weeks in advance of your desired arrival date to allow for preparation and shipping.
